All the information related to App Deployment is located at our App's Home Page. The installation process is different for Android and iOS Users. Android Users will get their App on Google Play Store and iOS users will have to click on the Link and the App will be installed automatically on to their devices.
There is no need to sign up. If you have a Davey network login, you can use the app.
All the subscribed users who have installed the App will receive Over the Air(OTA) Update Notifications on their devices. They will just click on the specific Notification and it will redirect them to the App's Support Page where they can get the latest release of the App. For Android users, they will be redirected to the Google Play Store. Additionally, Users can always check into the App's Home Page or the Support Page inside the app to get the latest version.
‘Untrusted Enterprise Developer’ is the pop-up which is displayed when you are trying to install any custom enterprise app on your iOS device.You will be asked to ‘trust’ the Enterprise developer certificate during the first time installation of the Davey Mobile app.Please follow the following steps to trust the certificate:
a) Go to Settings > General > Profiles or Profiles & Device Management
b) Select the The Davey Tree Expert Co. certificate under the ENTERPRISE APP section
c) Press Trust The Davey Tree Company Apps on this Device
d) Select Trust button from the popup.
The App requires an active Internet Connection at all times. The App will not work in Offline Mode
The App is secured and requires an active login session to access its features. Sometimes, the app runs in the background after you are done using it and it fails to find an active login and might get stuck. Though this is a rare case, we suggest closing the app completely and opening it again.
The Customer Lookup Functionality is based on Sales Offices. The user has to be assigned to a sales office which has at least 1 Customer associated with it for the Customer Lookup functionality to work.
The Customer Lookup Functionality restricts the search functionality to only the Sales Office(s) the user is allowed to see.
The View PTO functionality is only available for display to the respective employee's supervisor or the employee themselves. It will only allow the PTO to be displayed if the user is the Manager or is in the Manager Hierarchy of the respective employee record.

When you leave the organization, your account will be disabled and you will no longer be able to log into the app.
This App is only intended to be used by Employees having Davey network account/email. Contact the Service Desk to request new accounts.
